There is a few home remedies suggested to help with prostate issues that I wanted to list here:
Increase your intake of water and watch your diet. Which is something that should have happened to avoid possible prostate issues. A diet full of vegetables and whole grains, lean meats. Also avoid caffeine, alcohol and spicy foods when experiencing prostate issues. If you have not yet tried pumpkin seeds to benefit your prostate, now might be the time. 50 g of the seeds a day is a good way of supporting your prostate health as they contain plenty of zinc to repair and build your immune system. Also make sure you eat plenty of fish and get at least two servings of omega-3 oils.
