Cohabiting before marriage…

April 18th, 2012 Posted in Uncategorized

So Warren Buffet got prostate cancer, and the father of someone I know got cancer as well in his prostate.  What’s up with all of this?  Sometime I gotta talk about more then just beta sitosterol, and this is one of those days.  Like I have often said before, the issue is guys not sacking-up because they delude themselves about reality and how serious things really are.  Flights of fancy are the realm of women, but even women are stone-cold realists when compared to most men.  Take this article I saw today in the New York Times.  What a bunch of sleight-of-hand…  People trying to blame divorces on “living together” prior to getting married.  The article dodges the plain truth, which is that most RELATIONSHIPS are entered into by women with NO INTENTION that they work out, and this bad intention starts on DAY ONE.   There is nothing special about marriage as opposed to cohabiting other then it is the the coup-de-grace that she administers, and it allows a woman to obtain total control over her man. I know it’s hard for a man to grasp this, but why do you think 90% of divorces are initiated by women?  Seriously people, these things are just so obvious.

Here is the problem.  Men betray themselves all the time and this is reflected in their prostate glands.  It’s like I always say you can predict the entire relationship based on the 1st date…  If you are awake.  Everything is determined in the beginning.  Slow your roll to the point that you can see the flow of every conversation, thought and interaction – and watch for all those places you compromise your vision for the relationship when your new woman tests your resolve.  It is up to you as the man to shape the relationship into what you see fit, just as you shape every other aspect of your life.  Remember, you are supposed to be a law unto yourself and your prostate is a measure of your successes or failures in this regard.

Beta sitosterol and MSM…

April 16th, 2012 Posted in Uncategorized

One supplement that tastes kind of nasty but is vital for your health is MSM.  I take 3 tablespoons a day dissolved in water.  I buy the expensive, organic MSM because when you buy the organic sulfur, it is more effective.  Why is MSM so important?  Well, there are so many thing is does but that which is most relevant to this blog post is that MSM taken in such high dosages can regenerate all the cartilage in your joints.  Many men end up with hip replacements – not so much because of trauma or wear from heavy lifting and kicking, but because one often spends most of one’s lifetime with hips out of alignment which wears down the joints.  The lack of hip alignment is related to sexual energy blockages, prostate problems, and the need to take beta sitosterol in later life.  So it behooves a man to resolve the structural issues in his hips, by taking Thai boxing classes and kicking bags, or whatever.  The problem is that you need to take good care of those hips joints – especially when you are trying to unlock them, because the body won’t unlock if it feels it will put itself at risk.  You must make sure your hips are ready to operate in their new space – so regrow that cartilage!

Beta sitosterol and other hormonal stuff…

April 13th, 2012 Posted in Uncategorized

So the other day I was in Arizona for a 2-day rest and I walked into a local lab and had my blood tested for hormonal stuff.  Particularly my thyroid gland.  I had taken enormous quantities of iodine and iodide over the course of 1.5 years.  I mean, I am talking about approaching 1 gram per day.  This is the kind of stuff that the mainstream would advocate calling poison control.  They would say I should be dead.  But I’m not.  Eventually I did develop hyperthyroid symptoms while my TSH numbers indicated extreme hypothyroid.

So I stopped.  That was over 1 year ago.  Symptoms went away the next day.

I embarked on that journey because I was reading everything I could on iodine deficiency and its’ effect on the health of the body – specifically the prostate.  Then I decided to test some extreme practices that were advocated about a century ago with respect to iodine consumption.  It was fun, but I think my body has absorbed enough iodine to last me the rest of my life. lol

Anyway, I had very detailed bloodwork done on my thyroid, and everything is just fine. :)   My estrogen is also very low, and the rest of my hormones are just fine.

The problem with the endocrine system is that nobody really knows how it works.  I am serious – I’ve talked with endocrinologists, read medical textbooks, read everything on the internet.  Nobody really knows how this thing works past a certain point, and many sources are in conflict.  So you get simplistic advice like “take beta sitosterol” or “DHT is the problem” and it’s just all a bunch of idiocy…

Even more unfortunate is that certain states like New York and New Jersey have such a powerful medical lobby they block cheap and easy access to extensive medical testing for the public.  States like Arizona allow more sovereignty for their citizenry.  If you live in a state that is cool like Arizona or travel to one, then take advantage of what these states have to offer and get yourself tested and make adjustments to your lifestyle based on your test results.

Beta males need beta sitosterol.

April 4th, 2012 Posted in Uncategorized

I looked out the window at the gym today, and saw a 5′ lesbian trying to get her 5’9″ girlfriend on the back of her Augusta F1. Even when leaning the bike to the side, she could only touch the ground with the ball of her left foot and she was struggling to not drop the bike. Watching her drive down the street and attempt to round the corner was even more amusing. Seriously girl, you need to give it up: An Augusta F1 is not a substitute for having a penis and you are going to kill/maim/disfigure yourself and your lover.

Why am I telling you this story?  To communicate that the balance of masculine and feminine on this planet is totally screwed up due to a conscious program of brainwashing by the elite that run the world and that one must be very mindful to hold steadfast with respect to cultivating you male sovereignty.

Here is an image I snapped on the street the other day:

Why is this beta sitosterol beta male walking slightly behind is woman with her hand in the dominant position on top of his?  How did he get the message this is okay?  If a woman puts her hand on tops of yours, it should feel totally wrong!  But don’t worry, you will see more-and-more of this going forward…

Massage as an adjunct to beta-sitosterol and such…

April 3rd, 2012 Posted in Uncategorized

Besides taking a prostate support formula (even one with beta-sitosterol), I always stress the importance of massage.  As you know from reading my rants, I am a huge fan of prostatemate.com and there offerings.  They now have a new training methodology for using one of their massagers  that involves contracting the pc muscles against the rubber massage head.  Normally, their sonic waves penetrate the prostate, but here they are using them to relax the pc muscles and pelvic floor.  It’s pretty brilliant and I am going to start experimenting with the protocol tonight and let you know how it goes.

On a side note, I am a huge fan of Cuisinart pots and pans.  As you know, that non-stick pan I bought off the television fell apart.  So I went to Bed Bath & Beyond and bought a frying pan and a pot for like $40 a piece.  Both are ceramic so they don’t leech toxic nonsense at all.  Now these Cuisinart frying pans are truly non-stick.  They are amazing and I can make myself scrambled eggs every day with ease.  I just have to use a silicone spatula. It’s quite a pleasure to use it.  I use the pot for making pasta once in a while, as I have lost all the weight I needed to lose and shouldn’t be eating so much meat.  So I need to get my calories somewhere, hence I started buying and cooking up some whole grain pasta.  Yum!  This pot has a cover that strains off the water so I don’t need to use a strainer and give myself more crap to clean.
