Funny video about vegans.

Here is a funny video about vegans from the folks at Epic Meal Time:

As you know, nutrition is very important for prostate and hormonal health, and I don’t believe veganism is the way to go even though there are some rare genetic specimens who thrive on this sort of diet. A lot of my friends who are into raw food and veganism blamed my ruptured appendix on my love for meat, but what do they attribute the fact I was in the hospital only 2 days after walking around for 7 with a ruptured appendix? And what do they attribute to the fact that 10 days later the doctors informed me that my appendix had healed itself and the rupture closed? Ahhh…

Warren Buffett has prostate cancer.

Whenever someone has issues in their reproductive tissues like this, such as prostate/uterine/ovarian/breast tissues, we know that there is some serious repression and/or misuse of sexual energy.  Much like we knew something was up when former NYC Mayor Giuliani dressed up as a woman and then came down with prostate cancer.

But it is so hard to live an authentic life when you have to struggle and compromise yourself so much just to stay afloat.  How can one be at liberty when one is a slave with few choices or outlets for one's passions?

Having spent some time in the hospital recently, all I can say is that health and happiness are more important then anything, along with making sure you get old with as few problems as possible.

Weeks after revealing that he has prostate cancer, billionaire investor Warren Buffett tried to reassure thousands of investors Saturday that his Berkshire Hathaway conglomerate will be in good hands after he steps down.

Buffett, 81, addressed nearly 40,000 shareholders at the company’s colorful annual meeting in his hometown of Omaha, Neb., saying his condition is not life-threatening and should not have much effect on his work….More at Buffett reassures investors: 'I feel terrific'

Recovering from a ruptured appendix.

I feel great except I am very upset that I have a tube sticking out of me for the next week. If I can’t be physically active I go crazy! Otherwise, the surgeon did an amazing job and I am totally fine. I just take some light antibiotics every day now. Once the tube comes out, then 8 weeks later they will remove what is left of my appendix via laproscopic surgery which won’t leave any scars.

Normally, someone suffers from appendicitis and it either goes away or one needs to have it surgically removed before it bursts. In my case, I did NOT suffer pain in my appendix – it simply burst. I was not aware of what happened, and all the poisons were spilling into my bloodstream via the abdominal cavity. I was in bed for 3 days as I was nauseous and could not sit up and had no appetite. But after 3 days I could run around again and so I did for the next 4 days, despite the weirdest pains and constant fever. Eventually I went to the ER, and they put me in a CAT scan and discovered the problem.

So the burst appendix cannot be safely removed at that time, as the big problem is that I will die from blood poisoning. So, they drain the poisons out of me in surgery, and install the tube to make sure every last bit of poison is removed from my abdomen. Once all the inflammation goes away, then they can operate to remove what is left of my appendix.

When it comes to technical surgery, the USA is pretty good at that sort of thing.

On beta sitosterol and “porn addiction.”

April 27th, 2012 Posted in Uncategorized

So I see endless chatter on Facebook and about the internet where all these people are crying about being addicted to porn, and saying how porn is ruining their lives.  I am not one to poke fun at legitimate suffering but I don’t think this is an example of it.

Any man who wants to be sovereign and grounded in his prostate must know the truth about why he does what he does.  So why do guys look at porn?

The reality is that all men require peak sexual experiences on a regular basis – and ideally with a selection of partners.  This is something society doesn’t want to acknowledge, because it flies in the face of the concepts of “marriage,” “soul mates,” and all that nonsense that Hollywood programs you to believe.

But the reality is that 99% of men are not sultans, rockstars, male models, oil sheiks, porn stars, or sports heros.  For the 99%, they find their needs are not being met.  Given sexual energy is the most powerful energy in the human body, what to do?

Well, it turns out that the brain can accept the stimulation of pornography as an acceptable substitute for the real thing.  So that is what it does.

Some critics will complain that many men prefer porn to “real women.”  Well, if “real women” are fat, ugly and/or won’t “perform” sexually then yes, many men will in fact prefer porn to “real women.”  This is no different then women who rely on high-powered sexual toys to tide them over until a man “worth their time” comes along.  By this I mean, he is wealthy or famous, well-hung and has sufficient staying power.

But you will never catch women wallowing in guilt over “vibrator abuse!”  Only men can be so shamed in this regard.

Now of course there is a percentage of the male population who is “addicted” to porn or in other words who “relates” to pornography in a self-destructive manner.  But if they didn’t have this relationship with porn, they would probably have it with cocaine or alcohol because buried traumatic experiences from the past are what power all “addictions.”

What men who are addicted to porn need to realize, is that their addiction is really an expression of the grief they feel over two huge losses in their lives:

1. Not being able to really attain and maintain an orgasmic state in their body.

2. The fact that they didn’t get the girl they really wanted at some point (or many points) in their lives.

This can be dealt with by attending one of these workshops and building the practice into one’s daily life.

Remember, if you take any “porn addict” and give him a brand-new super-hottie every month, he will be magically “cured” of his “addiction.” LOL

Funny article in The Onion…

April 20th, 2012 Posted in Uncategorized

My friend sent me this funny article from The Onion.  Sometimes The Onion is spot-on.  But you know what?  Men have the same problems that this article pokes fun at and it is important to pay attention to them and attempt to do something about it so we can take less beta sitosterol when we are older.

The big trouble with human being of both genders is the enormous influence our parents had on us, mostly in a negative fashion.  The whole issue with the nuclear family is that a child is exposed to, and shaped by, two neurotic individuals for close to 20 years before (s)he is turned out into society to play human pinball against millions of other individuals who have been just as damaged.  When children are raised in a tribal society, they are exposed to a whole spectrum of individuals and therefore not damaged in this manner.

But alas, this isn’t our experience so what can we do about it?  The first thing is to be conscious of what is going on and actively decide to force ourselves in the opposite direction.  The second thing is to do breathwork on a daily basis and put ourselves into situations where we are forced to grow in primal ways.
